- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes A Flawless, full on Makeup application. The traveling fee is also included into the price that you receive with your quote. I seasonally have promotions/discounts. So for customers who book me again and see my pricing may have down 20% it’s because of A promotion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with A new customer is of course getting to know them, so I can better service the customer and eventually learn what they need and how i can best provide it for them. I consult with all my new customers about their skin types, allergic reactions, skin concerns, etc. I aim to answer all of my new customers questions as thoroughly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years ago I furthered my education by attending & graduating Celebrity School Of beauty. I received my Certification for Makeup Artistry and my Facial specialist license.
