I have been training with Vanessa for approximately two months and she has been incredible every step of the way! Assisting me with everything including meal plans, workouts to do on my own time, and helping me to push through that last set in our one on one sessions! My confidence in my ability to continue to reach my fitness goals is all thanks to her and my results are the reminder I need to stay with it. She's very knowledgeable and extremely down to earth. I had an awesome experience working with Vanessa. At the beginning I was doubting myself and wanted to give up but she was able to create a realistic meal plan that I was able to stick to along with daily motivations to keep going and dedicated. During my first month of training I lost 7lbs and 2 inches off my waist. I tried other workout plans before but didn't get the same results I am now receiving. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first Personal Training session with a new client consists of discussing personal goals, their fitness background, take measurements, and make recommendations, then build a program based on the clients needs, and complete a workout. Online Training clients will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to submit an assessment and picture. Then the client will receive a customized 30 day program and Meal Plan (when applicable) within 24-48hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been employed with 24 Hour Fitness for 2 years and certified with the National Association for Fitness.
