I need to understand their needs and wishes. Then I propose my ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Business and Marketing, Diploma in Culinary Arts, Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommelier 1 and the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust 3. I lived in Spain 2 years and I've been traveling all over Italy, Greece, the Caribbean and Latin America to seasoned my cuisine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was my hobby and passion since I am 9 years old.
