- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For wedding dresses, it starts at $600 Evening dresses/gowns, also start at $600 Simple dresses (casual) start at $180 (These prices do no include fabric) Alterations start at $10 and up ($10 is for hem of pants) We make special custom designs for special projects such as dances, ballet, and theater.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer makes an appointment so we can meet to discuss what they would like. Second, the client will pay 50% in advance. Then, we make the design in two-three weeks, so the client can then come to the first fitting. If everything is how they like it, then we will finalize it. We can finalize it depending on when you need it done. We can make your design quickly in one week, or if there is more time, we can finish it in three weeks. When the design is finished and the client is happy with the finial product, they will pay the other 50% and pick up their finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a fashion designer and a pattern maker. I have a bachelors degree in marketing and I have studied photography. I have studied fashion designing at an art school for four years as well.
