Melvin had the lowest bid and quickest response with a very professional yet personal touch. I would not normally take the lowest bid however the other bids seemed robotic and 4-5 times more expensive and clearly most were just farming out the jobs to other contractors. Melvin is a family business and was able to give me the time we wanted. He showed up on time and completed the job in under the estimated two hours, cleaned up, was unbelievably professional courteous and friendly. I cannot imagine how somebody charging 3 to 4 times as much could’ve even come close to the professionalism punctuality and quality of Melvin‘s work.If you need a garage door installed or door opener installed or repaired this is the only call you need to make. And trust me I am a very demanding and tough customer.
