I normally NEVER write reviews, but this time, i just HAVE to! If you have a busy lifestyle and don't have time to cook nutritious meals every day, Nutra-style is just for YOU! Marlene is a phenomenal dietician! She has A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE when it comes to eating right and staying healthy! She is dedicated to creating healthy nutritious meal plans for people who are always on the go. As a nurse, sometimes I don't even get a chance to pee or sit down and eat a healthy meal. So I grab whatever is most convenient--and usually unhealthy. Nutra-style worked with me to devise a meal plan which included meal-prep a week in advance, quick and easy delicious recipes to use during the week, which worked out well for someone with a super hectic schedule. What i loved about Nutra-style is tjat allowed me to eat healthy during the week so that i had some room to cheat on weekends and eat out at my favorite restaurants or sneek in some not-so-good for you treats! 😀Gotta run! Hope you give Nutra-style a shot!
