Introduction: Med TaC Center was created to offer our local community training and certification on technics that could maintain sustain and stabilize a person in case of an emergency like: * Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) * Medical emergencies * Allergic reactions * Burns * Shock * Head & spinal injuries * Chest & abdominal injuries * Bone, joint & muscle injuries * Poising * Heat & cold emergencies Along with actions during an emergency. Med TaC Center has teamed with the Emergency Care & Safety Institute to bring you quality emergency care and safety training/certification. Once training is accomplished you'll receive a certification card good for 1, 2 or 3 years depending on training. The courses I offered are: Advanced Level First Aid, CPR, and AED Automated External Defibrillator Bloodborne Pathogens Boy Scouts of America Wilderness First Aid 16-hour course CPR and AED only First Aid Only Healthcare Provider CPR Oxygen Administration Professional Rescuer CPR Sport First Aid Standard Level First Aid, CPR, and AED Wilderness First Aid I have been an Air Force Medic since 2002, a Flight Medic since 2007 and a Flight Medic Instructor since 2011. I have a passion for teaching and when training I create a comfortable non competing learning environment. As an Instructor my goal is to make sure my students obtains an understanding and have a grasp of the materials and information being provided. I offer several classes in order to maintain group size of 8 to no more than ten. This will allow for a 2:1 student-equipment ratio along with fostering a RELAX, NON-COMPETITIVE learning environment. This training will provide the basic knowledge needed in order to maintain, stabilize and sustain life until higher lever of healthcare professional arrive. The training also meets Ohio State Law mandated requirements for organizations thinking about possessing an AED.
