- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started selling real estate over 15 years ago. I have always had a passion for real estate, it's intrigued me since I was a kid. After my 1st daughter was born my wife attended real estate school. We would discuss what she was learning daily & I was more & more interested. After a few weeks she decided she did not want to leave the baby & wanted to be a stay at home mom. At that point, I decided to get my license & start my business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience. There are many agents out there & unfortunately approximately 80% of agents don't make it more than 3 years in the business. Make sure you get with a real full time professional.
