FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In trying to stay affordable given my background and other peer pricing (Broadway and University pros like myself) I offer lessons in half hour, 45 min and hour long sessions to fit anyone's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each student gets a half hour complimentary consultation in addition to their first purchased lesson of any length. I custom-build every lesson for each student. We discuss their goals, time management for practice and then my technique for singing, acting or piano. Once I have worked with a student and can assess their ability I love finding out what material is most exciting for THEM to perform and working on their technique from those tunes. Also we always incorporate acting technique in performance and then when a student reaches a higher level I am happy to recommend them to my agents, contacts or even allow them to perform onstage with my professional theatre company and Broadway friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Music Ed degree- Capital University Master of Music - Northwestern University Numerous professional master classes for Broadway, Film and TV. I also teach professionally at the University of Hartford, WCSU and around the nation. I judge choir competitions Internationally.
