First of all, after sending a blind quote, I like to set an appointment for an onsite estimation to see on details what the job requiere. Second, I write it down the job description and details, price, work performance and terms and conditions of payment. third, when already on site working on the project, I like to verified before starting or when already started my job if the paint fulfill their expectations (looking darker or lighter), (too glossy), etc... I want to be sure if in the process there is something we can do to make the client completely satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I have a new project I like to do my research to discover and to knowledge new products in the market, new tools and new techniques for a better application of the product. I believe, combine my experience and aptitud with other's techniques, that's the best education to performance a good job.
