Introduction: GTF provides unique boot camp style workouts for group training and high level personal training using non traditional methods . The name comes from getting "tired" of the excuses we make for ourselves and we also use tractor "Tires" in our workouts. If your looking to build muscle , burn fat, or just switch up your routine we can help with that. As a Coach for the past 12 years, seeing someone day after day push themselves to new heights, gain confidence to do other amazing things in life is so rewarding. We all have potential to do great things in life. Pushing our self mentally and physically is one of those steps to unlocking that Poteinal . I am just a guide along the way !

Every workout with TrueMan is truly an experience. He keeps you on your toes as never knowing what you're going to be doing next. He offers his inspirational talks and tidbits on nutrition. He's fun and is far from being a drill sergeant. He'll push you, knowing you can do more even though than you think / feel you can't; and you'll want to cuss TrueMan out, but do it internally, that's OK! Honestly, there are days where the workouts are a "bitch" to get through, but when I walk out I'm not complaining. You'll do things you hate and things you like. Some workouts may come easy and others are a bear; he's working every part of your body, using muscles you never knew existed. There will be days you are sore for days and others you're fine. Being in TrueMan's class keeps me competitive because it pushes me further to try to do better than the others, especially those younger then me and believe, I hold my own, TrueMan can attest to that! At the end of the day, it's what you put into it. TrueMan helps you with what to do and how to get there, it's up to you to do something with it. You need to be honest with yourself, committed and not get discouraged; if you're not seeing results, you're not doing something right, which is when you talk to TrueMan for advise. Exercise and nutrition work together, do not think differently; TrueMan stresses this all the time. When you do get to where you want to be, don't quit, you'll end up right were you started. This is a lifetime commitment and TrueMan will be committed with you. When I started out, I was sweating my but off, my body was sore from the workouts and after my first month there were no results but then I changed my nutrition and that's when I saw the weight coming off and the muscles developing and proud to walk around in my new body. I was always somewhat of an active person but not necessarily in shape, so turning over this new leaf in my life came easier to me than it will be for others; and there are people that will have to work harder and longer, but TrueMan will help you get there. I'm have a small framed body and wasn't overweight, but I had weight I didn't like and was finding myself buying larger size pants every couple of years which was depressing. Some people notice my transformation and some don't, simply because clothes hide a lot, but I lost 25# and 17.5" from head to toe. People are amazed when I tell them that. The difference is that I am now fit, I have the muscle now instead of the fat. I'm 50 years old, but feel like I'm 30. I highly encourage anyone to take that plunge with TrueMan in Getting Tire'd Fitness and work it, your body will thank you!

Trueman is a very genuine and honest trainer. He cares about his clients and he pushes them to go above and beyond through praise and positive reinforcement. I've worked with other trainers, but none as knowledgeable and effective as TrueMan McGee.

Professional and clean facilities for a creative and challenging boot camp workout. Great for all levels of fitness Truman supports what ever each person can do that day. Good mix of participants with a positive effort!!
