We are all different and motivated by different factors, however, at the end, we all tend to want the same thing: to live a more joyful, healthy and full life.

Ashtanga with Nita has opened my eyes to strength and flexibility in mind as well as body. Her warmth and compassion supplements her depth of knowledge in yoga, nutrition and mindful practices for a truly rounded experience. Within minutes, you'll feel like you've made a friend for life!

I love Nita's yoga classes. She makes me feel like I can do anything I aim for. I like her style because she balances intense practice with calmer moments. Nita is able to create a safe space where you can growth in your yoga practice without being judged. I especially like that she takes care of everybody's alignment and well-being. Besides being an outstanding yoga professional, Nita is a wonderful person. Her happiness is contagious. When you are next to her you can feel her energy and her joy for living. She manages to make you leave the class feeling relaxed, lighter and happier. I highly recommend her classes!
