- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Most carpentry related items are case by case I.E: specie of lumber used, level of difficulty and required time to completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come see the work in need of being done. It's very difficult to quote something sight unseen. From there talk about products and desired appearance. I usually try to get you a quote within five days but usually faster than that.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Multiple family members own remodeling businesses as well. Was a natural path for me to choose.
