- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fixed rate is $150. There are many ways that clients can receive a huge discount in our referral program. For every 5 friends you refer, we give you a $100 visa gift card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work on getting to know our customers because it helps us find them more money. We get to know what their needs are and work on meeting those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained and certified through H&R Block and the IRS. I have many years of filing taxes and have the insights on maximizing your tax refund.
