Well done. Professional and pleasant. Just finished job several days ago and garden looks great! UPDATE: Terry came back today to look at the garden to ensure all her plantings were growing and healthy. She spruced up the garden, added mulch, and replaced some of the plants. REALLY WONDERUL.Jul 13, 2017
I can't evaluate her work because she kept canceling and just never bothered showing up. Very unfortunate.Jul 3, 2017Terry O.'s reply
Hello. I'm wondering who sent this and if I can help in any other way. I was packing & moving for a few long weeks in June. It definitely made it difficult to take care of my customers and I'm so sorry you got caught up on that mess!
Very professional, knowledgeable and amicable. They have just been hired and we haven't started the job yet.Jun 21, 2017
Terry has been fantastic. She is helping me prepare for a grad party and the front of my yard definitely needed some work. She is extremely knowledgeable and had some great ideas. She understood my budget constraints and was able to creatively work within those limits. Wonderful!Jun 3, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My labor is $35.-$40. per hour for gardening, weekly maintenance, planting seasonal containers, and Spring and Fall cleanups. This does not include materials such as plants, fertilizer, soil, etc. Landscape design and installation are priced individually because they vary from project to project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to respond promptly by phone or email. If that goes well, then I like to set up a meeting with the client at the work site to actually see the space and discuss the project they have in mind. We can then talk about their needs, how they want to be able to use the area, ideas, and wish list. From there we can discuss my suggestions and options and I can give them an idea of price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Degree in Horticulture, U of Guelph, Ontario. 20+years experience in landscaping design/build in Minnesota, Brooklyn, NY, Naples, Florida, and California
