John (Ngu) Tran responded to an emergency request last week for plumbing services at my hair salon in Uptown, Twist Hair Studio. Not only did he make himself available right away, but he performed excellent and efficient work. Our problem was with the drain from our hair-wash bowls; it was plugged and we couldn't run water without the floor flooding. Therefore we could not wash clients' hair; in our industry, if we can't wash hair for even a few hourss we lose alot of business. John came to the rescue and had us back in business before the first customer of the day. And he cleaned up the area so it looked like nothing had ever happened. We will be calling him the next time we need any type of plumbing services. Joy N.
