- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every shoot, every customer is unique, so it is pricing. Feel free to talk to me and connect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually for video I like to have a conversation either on the phone, or preferably, face to face to better understand the needs and wants of the final output of my customers. Then after the event is completed I usually like to meet again 1-2 times to check on the progress and development of the final output.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This field of work is tricky and even thou I have no formal training I have over 1 years of professional experience working for corporate America and individuals.
