Introduction: At Anytime Fitness Minneapolis we thrive off of building our community. We want every member and client to feel welcome when they walk into the gym. So when someone walks into the gym, we greet them with a smile and hello. As well as being friendly, our training staff knowledgeable and certified. Our jobs are not simply a job, but an everyday passion! We have several different types of training that we offer to fit each one of members and clients. They range from virtual/online coaching to group training. Our training packages start at $50 bi weekly ($100 per month) and vary depending on what you are interested in. One of our most common packages is Unlimited Training for $99 bi weekly (roughly $200 per month). We also offer detail nutrition guidance from a Registered Dietitian! Our base gym membership varies from $40 to $50. We enjoy our jobs because we are able to help people change their lives! Each day is an opportunity to make a difference for someone. As a staff, we push and challenge people to be their best selves while having fun at the gym. We are also patient and willing to work with all ability levels and fitness backgrounds. It's a very rewarding job and we hope to have the opportunity to work with you! We work with all kinds of clients from athletes to elder to injured. Our youngest client is 11 and our oldest is 75.

The trainers at Anytime Fitness are amazing! They are dedicated and knowledgable individuals that push you to do and be your best every time you are there. The workouts change every time you come in, so you never get bored, and the trainers do a great job of tailoring the intensity to your particular skill level. My own personal story is one of transformation that Anytime helped me achieve. Over 6 months, I lost 35 pounds and got to a healthy weight for the first time in over a decade. The team at Anytime helped me stay focused on my goals and encouraged me to stick with it. I have kept the weight off for 18 months while continuing to take the classes twice a week. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. I can truly say they push you to maximize your potential. Eric, Marty, and Sarah are the best!

After years of failed gym experiences I finally struck gold with AF Minneapolis. I like that they offer both small group personal training and a larger group, team training experience. That way I can decide if I want to focus more on muscle building and form, or do a larger group training that builds endurance through cardio and HIT interval workouts. The sessions are led by great trainers that are personable, funny, and offer an inviting atmosphere in a gym setup that's built with training in mind. When the workout starts, it's go time! They know when to push and motivate, making sure you're maximizing the workout. I rarely walk away thinking its easy, it's hard and that's why I pay for it. Even better, the trainers work with you to modify the exercises based on where you're at physically. That way, even if you're in a big group, you're still getting personalized attention. I really love the flexibility of times offered for training offering sessions from 6a to 8p and many in-between. Unlike my old gym routines that were boring and predictable, the training sessions almost always offer some new type of exercise or modification I haven't done yet. Variety is important for stimulating both the muscles and the mind. Lastly, it's a community of like-minded individuals that are wanting the same things from their workouts, to get stronger, leaner and healthier and have fun doing it. The trainers keep me focused, but there's a lot to be said about the other members pushing each other, there's a lot of support. I often get a thank you from a workout partner and more often give it right back, and that can be attributed to the attitude and environment set by the trainers and the staff at Anytime Fitness Lyndale. It's become my home away from home 3-4 times a week and I never would have thought of a gym as anything else than a chore before I came to workout here. But what you really want to know is does it all work? Yes! I have seen significant decreases in weight, BMI, body fat, while increasing my skeletal muscle mass and family reunion compliments! And while all that is great, for me, it's been a boost to my mental strength the likes of which cannot be produced by any magic pill. Maybe this review feels to good to be true and if I had a complaint, its only that the sessions fill up fast, which actually makes me more organized about my schedule. It's not for everybody and the gym isn't huge, but it has all of the equipment, space, and people (staff and members) that make it right for me.

Hello, My name is Paige and I became a member of Anytime Fitness almost 3 years ago now. Shortly after deciding to join the gym, I began personal training & team training. It is difficult to put into words the changes that I have felt and seen since beginning this program. I can easily say that I am in the best shape that I have ever been. The training program is a total-body program that mixes cardio and strength training. I feel that the training reaches beyond the physical training and touches on your mental health as well. Through working with the trainers, I have been suggested numerous books, apps, and challenges that allow for growth both physically and mentally. Prior to joining Anytime Fitness, I felt overwhelmed at the thought of going to the gym and putting a work out together. I constantly fell back onto cardio machines and could not understand why I was not seeing the results that I hoped for. Once beginning training, I saw the difference in mixing exercise types throughout the week. Being able to come to the gym and hop in a group makes working out stress-free. It is also one of the highlights of my week to attend the training sessions. Being able to create relationships with like-minded people that are wanting to better their health keeps me driven to do the same. I continue to highly recommend Anytime Fitness to both family and friends. Choosing to join this program has been one of the best decisions that I have made.

Trainers are amazing! The first day they meet you they know your name, any pain areas and how to motivate you. The group training has people of all ages and abilities, and it's a fun community. And the workouts work!

I have been going to Anytime Fitness 3-4 times a week for a little over 6 months. The trainers at this location are great! They have adapted workouts to fit my level of fitness and the various aches and injuries that come up as part of life. The trainers are the reason I continue to go to this location even though I moved 20 miles away, and drive past two other Anytime Fitness locations on my way to the gym in the morning. The team training classes are a fun cardio focused workout, even the early morning class is a blast. The small group sessions have been great for me, focusing on building up core strength.
