- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of different training programs to help address all of our clients needs. Some of the programs we offer are small group personal training, large group training (we call it Team Training), and Virtual Coaching. During the initial consultation meeting with individuals we will go over all the training programs in more detail. Our training packages start at $50 bi weekly ($100 per month) and vary depending on what you are interested in. One of our most common packages is unlimited training for $99 bi weekly (roughly $200 per month).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone joins our gym, we get them set up with a 60 minute consultation with one of our Personal Trainers. During that meeting, we spend a lot of time getting to know the individual, both their health and fitness goals, as well as on a personal level. We want to make sure everyone gets the most out of their time with us so it is important that we build a connection and trust during this initial meeting. This will lead to a better training experience for you. We will also complete an initial body composition analysis and a Functional Movement Screen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All three of our current Personal Trainers have gone to school to become a fitness professional. We are also all Certified Personal Trainers through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). To stay up to date with the growing knowledge in the fitness industry, we take continuing education credits throughout the year. This keeps our training minds fresh and full of new ideas for our clients.
