- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge standard fees for my services but go above and beyond most agents to make sure you have a great experience. I also have experience in remodeling homes and investment properties as well as foreclosures, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends if you are a buyer or seller. We usually start with a phone conversation to see what you're looking for and then we can go from there. I'm big on educating my clients so you will learn a lot about the home buying or selling process (without being overwhelmed).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a real estate investor since 2005 and a realtor for almost 10 years. I currently have rental property as well as do rehabs (remodels) of homes. I believe in education so I constantly attend educational meetings on all topics involving real estate to make the transaction easier for my clients.
