- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE, NO CHARGE in person inspections for all new Envision Doors customers. Prices may very depending on each specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we connect with you the Home Owner and ask you to provide basic information. After this we schedule a time that works best for the you to have one of our Envision technicians swing out to give a FREE in person inspection. After we get you scheduled, we will send out a email with the date and time of the inspection. When your technician is on the way you will receive a text or email through our Customer Service Program. The technician should be able to do most jobs right then and there, depending on the type of project. We only collect payment after the work is completed, unless if it is a new garage door install. We only take the price of the doors as down payment. We take Cash, Check or Credit Card.
