Our pricing is very clear with no hidden fees. We operate an honest business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You got to know the customer needs first and know if the move is urgent or their planning to move at a future date. You have to make sure the customer can trust you with their belongings, explain to them how you operate and make sure they fully understand your pricing. We make sure our new clients are comfortable dealing with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned a furniture business for 10 years and have built relationship with all our clients.
