Eugene is a professional. He knows his stuff and is super honest about what he's doing and gives realistic time frames. Unlike many others who were out just to make a buck, he does this because he is passionate about it and wants to educate his clients because it's the right thing to do. A breath of fresh air. I highly recommend you to at least talk with him. If it's not something he specializes in, I'm certain you can find someone else. He worked with me over numerous hours to get my new MacBook Pro up and running. He totally went above and beyond what was requested and kept solving problems that were arising from my technology misunderstanding.
