- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial inquiry, through email generally. Sometimes busy clients prefer to simply talk over email until their session date, this is perfectly acceptable. Brides generally have 1-2 phone consultations and texting as needed for photo references, etc. To secure your session date, no matter the kind of session, a minimum of a 50% deposit is due. The remainder is due on your session date. All sessions are laid back, fun, and beautiful. My image turnaround is approximately 7-10 days, via high resolution digital gallery.
