The rates vary depending on job description. In most cases we meet with the insurance adjuster on site to evaluate specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To evaluate the home to see how we can better serve you and your family needs in a fire, mold, and/or water damage occurrence. Assist with insurance and common question and answer scenarios. Begin execution of work process in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certified in remediation processes. HVAC system clean certified. 30 plus years of hands on experience.
