We called Amazon Environment Services; they responded in great time and were able to extract the water from my floor before it had time to set in my walls. Jason and the Amazon crew made me feel as if I was part of the family, not just some customer after all the water damage was taken cared of. Jason suggested that I should also have my heating and cooling duct system cleaned. When they did, not only was the quality of air in our home wonderful, but we had a great savings on our power bill. Very impressed with everything they did for me and my family! I will suggest Amazon Environment Services to all my friends and family!

Found Amazon on thumbtack after buying a house in Mountain Brook that had cigarette smoke and pet odor and mold/mildew issues. Had them come out and do their thing before starting major renovations because I was considering taking this house down to the studs to have new drywall, floorboards, and hvac ducts even though these items look like they're in great condition and the house is only 50 years old - because the smell was so bad. But Amazon came and cleaned out hvac systems and ducts, treated all the walls, "scrubbed" the air, and sealed the floorboards and many of the walls. It took four guys about a week and the results are amazing. The only remaining odors in the house now are coming from the old musty cabinets which I told the Amazon guys to ignore because they are coming out anyways. Will update with follow-up review in summer/fall 2016 after we've lived there a month or two and it's been hot and humid...hopefully to confirm cigarette and pet odors have not returned (no pets or smokers in our household). Thanks Amazon!

Jason was absolutely amazing. A great young man. Hardworking. Went above and beyond what was expected. On the 3rd day he brought Eric with him and they met with the insurance adjuster. At first I was very skeptical, untrusting and completely overwhelmed. Both Eric and Jason reassured me that they were available to help me with any needs. The other 3 employees assisting me were very good and helpful. Did God send these people to me? I think so. All this happened after my house was flooded with 2 ft of river water for over 24 hours. I was a emotional wreck. Look at the it website. Very professional.
