- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not only competitive, it's very reasonable. I am well aware of the nature of the economy and I'm more than willing to work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I endeavor to determine the scope of the job, so that I can advise the new customer as to the nature of the work to be done and materials needed. My goal is to develop a high level of confidence and trust in my work ethic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through two apprenticeship programs with the United Brotherhood of Carpenter's & Joiners of America. Initially I trained to be a Carpenter, later on in my career I was trained as a Millwright working in power plants and refineries.
