Michal responded immediately to my question/issue. He asked additional questions to help diagnose my problem. He decided it would be best to come to my location to see the computer in the "problem" situation. He brought along the necessary parts to repair the computer. He arrived on time & quickly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend him.

I had s code 19 issue with DVD drivers; not a straight forward problem with a one solution fits all. Mike quickly and safely ( protecting OS and data) worked through the possible solutions until he discovered and fixed the problem. A+ job at a great rate.
