As Owner / Operator of Tim Foley Plumbing Service, Inc from 04/01/1978 – 12/31/2003, Tim made quite a name for himself in Muncie, IN. After closing that plumbing / construction company, he decided he wanted to stay in a field where he could utilize his construction and contract experience to help his clients navigate the tricky waters of Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Tim has worked with various out of state commercial clients with purchasing and maintaining commercial properties in Delaware County. He has worked with out of town developers to purchase land, assisted the developers in securing zoning and building permits, created a subcontractor list for them to secure bids and even assisted them in finding a trustworthy cleaning company for the common areas and grounds since the building promotes high security for the Tenants. One final thought that I like to pass on to clients when working with me is “that there are two types of people in the world, those who think they can and those who think they can’t…and they are both right!” When asked what he’s most passionate about, Tim answered, “I am passionate about working through adversity and always being appreciative of what God has given us in our lives. I also like my business slogan of “You can advertise an image, but you have to earn a reputation!”
