- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing a wedding designs can vary widely between designs. We created a standard A La Carte Pricing Menu to help our clients understand where our services start at. Wedding bookings can range anywhere from $1500 - $5,000 for a Full Floral Package. Average spend with our company is between $1800 - $3000, but we also have brides who are as low as $1200 and high spend avor $3,000. Regardless of your budget we ask that you are reasonable and budget appropriately to your decor needs. We also have variety of artificial floral decor that can be used to decorate your space. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free over-the-phone consultation that has no obligation to book our services. During the consultation we talk about the entire event including details of when/where/what time, budget, colors, dreams decor, etc. Clients receive unlimited number of free consultations. Next, if requested by the bride we have a face-to-face consultation. These days many brides book our services without even meeting with us because of their confidence in our work. We are flexible when it comes to consultations. We meet with brides in our office or we travel to meet our brides where it's convenient for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aneta, who is the main designer, has studied under world renowned floral designer, Michael Gaffney and his staff, at Chicago Institute of Floral Design, and attended Floral Masterclass led by well known international floral designer Karen Tran.
