FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge buyers anything as long as the sellers provide a commission (which is typical in Tennessee). The average commission rate in Tennessee is 6% total, 3% for the buyers agent and 3% for the sellers agent. I am a full time, full service Realtor. Commissions are always negotiable, but as with most industries, you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is talking with the customer, I'll gladly take you out for coffee or we can meet at my office or just have a simple phone call. This helps us get to know each other better so I can know how I can best serve you and we can know if we're a good fit. The next steps would vary depending on the customer's specific needs. But for each client I provide a detailed plan of action so there are no surprises in the process and I help in each step to make it as easy for you as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor and have had over 150 hours of Real Estate specific education. I have a college degree in Electronic Media Communication and a minor in Real Estate and Psychology. I owned an investing company and bought and sold many homes before I become a licensed Realtor so I have lots of experience in fixing up homes, helping investors and helping clients make good financial decisions.
