Introduction: I am a Certified Reiki Master and a Certified Holistic Life Coach. My goal is to help my clients heal and grow through balancing the mind, body, and soul. Clients come to me when they are going through a transitional point in their life, if they are wanting to remove blockages that are preventing them from moving forward, if they want to help bring their body back into balance, or a combination of all of the above. ** I also do Reiki on animals as well!!** With my training and background of metaphysical studies I can assist you in becoming healthier, feeling more confident and empowered, and accomplishing any goal you have in mind. I assist you in seeing the inner strength and capability that already is within you! Coaching sessions are also available by phone or video chat! I LOVE what I do. Helping people and healing people is my passion. It gives me great joy when I help someone achieve their goals in life or provide Reiki healing to help them feel better in their emotional and physical body. We all deserve to be happy and healthy, and to be able to assist in that journey for others is a blessing and something I am very grateful to be in the position to do. I love the interaction with people, and seeing them walk away smiling and feeling strong.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client is interested in a Life Coaching session, I typically will have an initial consultation to speak with them and see what their goals and expectations are. This way I can get to know them a little, and tell them about myself to make sure the client feels comfortable moving forward. From there we schedule our first session. If a client is interested in a Reiki session, I would contact the client and set up the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach through the Radiant Coaches AcademyTennessee and I am a Certified Level 3 Usui Reiki Practitioner.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion and ability to help people. I realized that I wanted to make a living doing something I loved and believed in, rather than just going to a job that didn't fulfill me just to make a paycheck. Through my experience of having coaching and energy work myself and seeing the amazing benefits, I knew it was something I wanted to do myself to be able to help people. It truly fills my heart.
