- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Lawn Care Service and Irrigation calls vary depending on property size, location, conditions, etc. etc. Outdoor Landscaping and Design services vary greatly on the scope of the project. Additional services as well. We are happy to discuss specifics with you and provide you with an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Outdoor Landscaping and Design projects typically involve an initial 1 hour session on location, which involves walking the property with the customer to gain an understanding of the scope and develop ideas that will meet you specific needs. Irrigation System repairs typically involve an initial 1 hour service call on location, which involves walking the property to gain an understanding of the scope that will meet your systems specific needs. Most issues can be resolved in this initial 1 hour service call, however there may be additional issues and repairs that may become evident also. I will discuss these with you and estimate any additional cost in detail. At that time you can decide if you would like to proceed with any additional repairs. Multi Service Lawn Care projects typically involve an initial visit on location, which involves walking the property to gain an understanding of the scope that will meet your lawns specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over thirty years experience in lawn, landscapes, irrigation, and landscape design. We are very familiar with the Grand Strand area turf grass, plants and trees.
