We had his company scheduled for a small move 14 days before we needed the services. He cancelled the move and left us without a mover three days before the move forcing us to scramble to find another moving company.

He never officially hired me.
He must not have wanted to Pay?
he was specifically told that we would touch base again a week before the move to see if we were still available. which we were not I had paying customers who came first.
he was given plenty of notice to rehire someone else. this is a very very busy time of year we always need to confirm with people at least four or five days ahead of time.
