- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by what the client needs, from one piece of furniture to an entire home. We also love custom designs and will work with our customers every step of the way to create their vision. We want the client to feel complete happy with every decision that is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to receive as much information about the location as possible, this includes phone calls to discuss the space, possibility of driving out to the location and understanding what the client wants for the space. We are then able to create a quote and contract for the client. Then everything will be carried out as described in the contract. We want our new customers to know that they are being taken care of every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has many different qualifications and that sets us apart from other companies. On staff we have interior designers, graphic designers, photographers, and educated in real estate business. Having such a variety in our staff really allows us to know what is best for a location. All of these creative minds coming together to compose a beautiful package for the client's needs.
