- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing has levels and products to fit most every budget. We pride ourselves in giving pricing that is all inclusive of materials and labor. Deposits required on all custom projects and products. **Discounts for Veterans and Senior Citizens
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our usual process begins with the first contact to set a convenient time to discuss the potential project. Once this date/time is set we send a consultant to help evaluate the proper products needed, go over installs and address any questions you may have. When this is completed and an agreement is signed we have a second remeasure and evaluation of the project preformed, order necessary product then complete install and final inspection to insure customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My consultants, installers and staff have a combined 80 plus years experience in the improvement industry. We pride ourselves in being up to date on all manufactures specs, install requirements, codes and product information with continuing training, bulletins, classes, etc.
