- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time to speak with each customer to be sure that we both have an understanding of what is expected. My company takes "personalized service" to a new level!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was diagnosed with a sight-threatening autoimmune condition in 2013 which led me on a quest to find how my diet may have been contributing to the diagnosis. Eliminating and/or reducing gluten, dairy, meat and sugar was the answer. My condition is a great deal better and I feel wonderful overall (compared to before when I was constantly fatigued and unwell). I hope to spread the message that truly good food contributes to healing, not disease.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've cooked full-meals, catered and provided smoothie delivery service for the following: - Groups up to 50 people - Busy families with small children - People who were transitioning from a conventional diet to a more restrictive one - People with new chronic illness diagnosis
