Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have been a Licensed Electrician since 1992, and I have worked on over a thousand new homes in the last 25+ years. What makes me unique as an Home Inspector is my background as a Master Electrician. Electricians perform work in every part of the house, from the basement to the attic, wiring and testing A/C units, furnaces, dishwashers, disposals, and attic fans, to name just a few items. I've developed working knowledge of every system that is installed in a home. Over the years, I've met people from every profession in the building industry. I've talked with them and gained valuable inside knowledge about each trade. I've learned what good work looks like and just as important, what bad work looks like - first hand. In addition, I've built new homes; finished basements; remodeled bathrooms and kitchens; and done build-outs on commercial spaces. I know houses and I want to put this experience to work for YOU!
