- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the best way to get to know my client's needs is to meet in person. Usually I travel to my client's home or we meet in my office whichever is more convenient. I ask them questions and take notes and then make a custom plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School is important but when you are in the field you have to have a great mentor. I think the best training and support I get is from John Brennan the owner of ReMax of Naperville and ReMax Enterprises. He is the most knowledgeable person I know - in business over 35 years. I think it's better to learn from the best than base your knowledge on google :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with buyers and sellers , also investors, I help people rent or if they are ready I walk them through a process how to own .
