Introduction: We welcome the client to follow us around and ask questions during the inspection. We are working for you and will take the necessary time to explain something if you don't understand. After the inspection, we will go over everything that will be in the report, so you feel comfortable in everything. We will produce a 30-45 page report that will be sent to you electronically within 24-48 hours after the inspection.
We love to see clients leaving an inspection knowing what they are about to get themselves into. Whether it is a fixer-upper or a home with very few flaws, all of our inspections are all inclusive. We do not charge extra for pools or wells; they are included in the inspections.
