I am a graduate of Fla Culinary Institute, Living Foods Academy, and Alyssa Cohen's plant-based cuisine. I have worked in a variety of capacities and locations that include yachts (personal and charters), private estates, and most recently a local plant-based cafe. It is a pleasure to create foods that appeal to the eyes, palate, and body. I enjoy balancing tastes, texture, and beautiful presentations that leave a satisfying afterglow of a meal truly enjoyed. Food preparation is an art form that nourishes more than the body.

I have had the privilege of enjoying Susan's culinary services for myself and clients on several occasions. I can attest to the taste, presentation and nuances she brings to every meal. Susan always impresses with her knowledge of food and nutrition. To me, it seems, she is always researching, learning and expanding my palate and mind when it comes to knowing and believing that what you eat is so much more than simply fueling one's body. Her food is beyond compare and I would highly recommend her chef abilities to ANYONE, regardless of cuisines, tastes or diet. The presentations, menu thoughts and planning are beyond compare.
