I couldn’t be more satisfied with Garage Door guys LLC. I had hired another garage door company to install two doors. As an experienced carpenter I could tell that one of the workers wasn’t very handy and the other worker was drunk or was really drunk the night before. They couldn’t finish in one day so I told them not to come back. I called Lloyd from garage door guys. Lloyd came right out the next day and finished what the other guys could not. He was a pro and finished the job by himself in three hours. He was also very reasonable when it came to pricing. I never hire anyone to fix anything at my house but I was so satisfied with Lloyd and his willingness to come out the next day that I felt the need to recommend the Garage door guys.

My garage door spring and cables somehow got all messed up and my door wouldn’t open, I contacted Garage Door guys and he was able to give me a rough estimate for cost (which was super resonable) and what he would need to do just from photos I sent and an explanation of what was going on. He was right on time for the appointment and very professional, he can the next day after I contacted him. His knowledge and explanations gave me confidence he would fix the problem. Not only did he fix it but he recommended parts we should replace for better performance without upselling me on a bunch of stuff, made me happy because who likes when someone comes to fix something and tells you to buy a bunch of unneeded things from them! NO ONE! He did the job quick and had all his own tools and supplies needed. Overall a great experience and no complaints. If my other door breaks or have any other issues with the garage doors I will definitely be calling Garage Door Guys first. Highly recommend!
