- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General pricing ranges from $30 - $50 per hour depending on the type of lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss the customers background and and previous experience they have to try to gauge their existing skill set. Then we will discus their objectives and desires so I can develop classes to aid them in achieving their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and a decade of teaching people from all skill levels.
