I had problems trying to get my computer set up using internet. The tech came in and set up everything. It was so nice to be able to use my computer on WIFI, he also showed me how to use everything, even set up my printer as well. He was Very Professional, helped me tremendously on how all my applications worked. I'm now confident on how to use everything. If I ever need to upgrade, I'm going to use this Service again.

Joshua Allan fixed the problem I was having with my WIFI connection in a courteous and professional manner! He is a GOD send who knows what he is doing. He very patiently did his job and he did it superbly. I had to call him on the phone several times to help him guide me through other issues long after the job was done! He walked and talked me through everything and I could not have found anyone better to do the job he did! I appreciate the outstanding work he did and I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience! Josh arrived on schedule. He methodically checked settings on my two computers and the related problematic wi-fi printer. Finding them incompatible, he made adjustments that for the first time in a month enabled me to print again by commands from both computers. He also made sure that the printer would work on both floors of my house and helped me compose a shorter personal code for the wi-fi. Thanks, Josh!
