- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There’s a $99 minimum charge on all service calls. We offer a maintenance plan as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service. Home repair can be a daunting task. We diagnose the problem, provide options to solve it, and then we fix it. Transparency is key and we will email or mail you a receipt detailing the services rendered.
