I have worked hands on with over 20,000 brands along with many different clients through Ulta Beauty over the past two years. This has allowed me to identify what works the best, what lasts the longest, and what photographs the best! As a makeup artist, Its all about understanding the client's vision and bringing that vision to life. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would like to meet with them in person and do a quick consultation/trial run.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I managed an Ulta Beauty Retail Store from 2014-2016 where I worked and trained along Pro Artists from brands such as Urban Decay, Tarte, Stila, Philosophy, and Exuviance. I currently work with Stila Cosmetics as an Education Artist and service the Flowood, MS area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew to love makeup artistry from a young age through learning to do stage makeup for dance competitions and pageants growing up and it carried over into my professional career with Ulta Beauty.
