Introduction: I offer private, one-on-one drum kit instruction in the greater Nashville area. Lessons are custom to each student, and personalized to align with your goals and interests. Lessons are either hosted at my home studio in Nashville - or at your own home behind your very own equipment! Whether it's your first time picking up a pair of sticks, or if you've been at it for a few years already and looking to take the next step forward in your drumming, as a professional drummer, I can help you build foundation and tools you need to express yourself creatively through one of the most fun and rewarding instruments there is - the drum kit! Aside from family, music is my greatest joy in life - whether it's performing live, recording or teaching, there's nothing that I love more. I've been fortunate to have been playing drums for most of my life - and when it comes to teaching, I love being able to share my years of experience behind the kit with my students - to motivate them to set and accomplish their goals, and experience those awesome feelings you get when you achieve something really cool behind the drum kit. Maybe it's an awesome new groove, or a new song you've mastered, or just a burst of creativity that leaves you feeling inspired to keep playing the next day!
