We needed a mover with only a week to move out. After calling a few places and sending out some emails, we chose Move Us due to the ability to go with a non-binding estimate for our storage unit as we were unable to get a detailed inventory prior. We had a two day pickup window schedule the following week and the move was confirmed the day prior. They held our items free-of-charge in their warehouse in Nashville for about two weeks before and the items were delivered within the window. I still had to wait for them, but was well aware of this prior. My only complaint was that most of the dispatch office is closed on the weekend, so I had to wait a couple of days in order for the delivery window to begin.
Friendly staff, great experience, and reasonably priced.

Move Us , Inc is absolutely great. They moved my two bedroom apartment. I lived in TN for about ten years then went to KY with the help of this company. They were easily available through email and phone. The guys were very friendly and professional. I was a little worried about our things. There were tons of stuff including many glasses items, antique pieces, and kitchen items piled up through the halls. Without Move Us , Inc it would of been far more difficult for us to relocate. They were careful not only for our glasses items but are mattresses and everything else. On delivery day, they unloaded the truck within a couple of hours. The movers have been then pretty organized. Great job!

When I was discussing my move with the sales rep from Move Us , Inc, he ensured me that their workers would be at my place with all necessary tools and a truck within 8 am and they would complete the move within the given deadline. I knew that is not possible because they had to deal with many things and I never heard that moving companies are punctual. However when they arrived before 8 am, I was hoping for the best as they had already made a good first impression. I was actually surprised when they completed the packing about an hour earlier than the quoted time and charged less than the quoted price!! I was more surprised when I did not find any kind of damage!! Truly speaking they have changed my perception towards the moving companies.

I really can't gather enough words to thank Move Us, Inc enough for their help during this last move and the absolutely amazing job the guys did during the move! After we had such a bad experience with our last moving company, these guys have completely restored our faith in moving companies! There was nothing we possibly could have asked for to make the experience with them better. The care they took with our belongings, even wrapping the couch and boxing up the small belongings that were left unboxed, everything arrived in perfect, clean condition and it was all done so quickly. We were so impressed, we’ve told my parents, who are soon moving, that they cannot go past these guys. So thank to them for making a stressful event so easy and stress free.

My landlord died two months ago and his daughter suddenly realized she needed to live in my apartment that I was renting for the last three years. She handed me a 24 hours’ notice. I called Move Us, Inc and asked for help with the move. They immediately dispatched a set of movers. They arrived at 3 pm and started packing everything. Thank god for their efficiency! Everything was packed and loaded into the trucks very speedily. My belongings traveled so well and were delivered at my friend’s house where I would be staying till I find a new place. I have nothing good to say about my landlord’s daughter but I know I will be hiring this company again when I find my new apartment.
