As a buyer from California initially, Staria went above and beyond to help us find our first home in Nashville! It took us several months to find the right home and in that time, she always made herself available, was constantly checking out new listings/places for us and sending photos and videos etc. The biggest thing for us is that we trust Staria. She is most definitely honest, which can be hard to come by with sales people! Staria also sold us our second property here and again, invested a lot of her time and energy into the process to make sure we were 100% happy and found what we were looking for. As young investors, it's refreshing to work with another millennial who is quick to respond, professional, operates at the same pace as us and uses technology to streamline processes. Outside of all this, Staria has a wealth of knowledge of Nashville and has been a go-to resource for local information and other investment opportunities. So thank you, Staria!

We had the privilege of using Staria Clark as our agent in selling our condo . She was beyond amazing. She was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. She was very friendly and was always available for all our questions and concerns. We were so happy with Staria as our agent and our daughter was so fortunate to use Staria as an agent when she bought her home. Staria is a Star. We were high maintenance, picky out of state buyers and she was nothing short of amazing with our search. No task was too much for her. She ended up finding us the perfect place. We enjoyed working with her so much, we actually got her to find our second place too. She has now also found two more houses for my friends. Couldn't recommend her any more.
