I had a great experience with Tyler. I needed a deep cleaning and she made our house look brand new! Our baseboards are white again and her price was very reasonable compared to what I was quoted elsewhere and she was flexible with my schedule. We will use her in the future. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good clean.

She didn't do a very good job of cleaning. Her price was reasonable but the cleaning wasnt. She didnt clean inside the cabinets and she didnt di a good job on vacuuming the carpets

I am sorry you feel this way. However, this comes as a shock from you. I requested this review because of our interaction after I cleaned. You would not pay me until you inspected everything. You told me it looked great, and we would be in contact for the next cleaning. If you had expressed your concerns then, I would have happily fixed them. For the cabinets, that is not standard and would need to be asked for in the future with any cleaning company. It would be considered extra deep cleaning, therefore the cost going up. I also would like to address the carpets. You had paint all over the carpets, baseboards, counters, etc. I spent extra time cleaning up paint that was not detailed and in turn spent much longer at this residence than a cleaning should have taken. The paint was stuck in the carpet as I told you, and you indictated you would have to get paint thinner to remove this. I can assure you that no cleaner would be able to get paint out with a vaccum. I vaccumed it twice with an idustrial vaccum. I'm truly sorry you didn't like your experience and I would offer my services at a discounted rate to you in the future. Thank you for your time.
