- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly projects -I never send less then 2 guys for any project no matter how small I find its more productive that way. Essentially I have 2 standard prices. -2 man hrly jobs-$50HR -3 man holy jobs-$70HR But most of my projects are quoted for an overall quote and most of the time it equals out but if anything the customers come out a bit ahead compared to hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk through the project with the customer absorbing all their thoughts and needs for their project. Then we discuss budget I always try to save my customers in every possible whether its supplies or labor. Then the customer and I come up with a Strategy of how to get there project accomplished that best fits their timeline, their personal schedule and their budget. I always help stear customers into the smartest most affective way to accomplish their goals. Then most importantly we show up when we say we will, we stick to our budget unless some large unforseen issue arrives and we Strategically get the project complete to their satisfaction.
