Understandably busy while loading a moving truck, but neither the owner nor the laborers were paying attention to the time. Me as the customer, noticed the work had elapsed 30 min. passed the 3 hour mark and told the laborers they had to go. Once they left 15 min later they came back to my home unexpectedly because the owner wanted to talk to me. He then demanded another hours worth of payment because he himself and the workers worked longer than the 3 hour allotted time. Kind sir, I am not responsible for tracking your company's employees and their time of work. It is not the customer's responsibility. Not to mention the boxes loaded on the moving truck were randomly stacked and not packed in well at all.

When you hired my company, I explained to you that we work on an hourly basis. We talked on the phone and worked out a solution and you only paid an additional $30 for the service. Every other company in the area would of charged you $500 or more for your job, so before you make a review about how much you spent ($210) for four hour of labor for two people, make sure you know the facts. We work hard, we are inexpensive and we make sure everyone gets a fair deal. This is not a fair shake at all, at the service you were provided and honestly quite cowardly to post this online.

The movers were friendly but were very rough with all of our furniture. They left damage to some of our nicer furniture and seemed in a hurry to just get it done. The people I spoke with on the phone we very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

He stayed within budget and informed on a daily basis of the project status. In one instance Vincent drove out of his way to obtain a tool to get the job done. We had a hiccup in the beginning but the manager stepped in and made everything perfect. The minute I voiced my concerns the problem was fixed and I received a more than fair result using this business. I guess it was a lesson learned that most people are not mind readers and the ones that truly are aimed to please will bend over backward to satisfy.
